Use this calculator to estimate your organization's lost sales as a result of under performing Salespeople.
Simply divide your sales force into the Top Producing 50% and the Bottom Producing 50%. Divide the total sales of your Top Producing 50% by the number of the Top Producers. Place that number in (1).
Repeat the process but use your Bottom Producing 50% and place that number in (2).
Follow the remaining steps to determine your estimate of lost sales.
